Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Anderson Instrument 56000-A7C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Andover-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Apollo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Apex-Dynamics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Andover-Controls such as the SCX920SCX920V216AHU12051000697 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 3R29001 manufactured by Apollo and we are pleased to be able to service most Apollo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2501132458 by Manufacturer Apex-Dynamics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Andover-Controls Brand LCX8001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Antares such as 5301997003 equipment made by Antares have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Antares products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Antares" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 214152 made by Apc as well as the popular A90L4B11 original spares produced by Antriebstechnik

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AE40010 by Apollo and 5301997003 spares by Antares are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original AP900003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ima.
